Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Long Insurance Services. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Okay but not great
Used Long Insurance Services for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Long Insurance Services. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
