Good value
I appreciate that Long Insurance Ltd. shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Long Insurance Ltd. is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Room for improvement

Happy with the savings

Lost my documents

Helpful but slow
