Room for improvement
Long & Co. Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Great for home insurance

Mixed feelings

Pretty good

Good overall experience

Could be better
The rates Long & Co. Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
