Not what I expected

Based on reviews I expected more from Logan & Randall Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Logan & Randall Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
