Our bad luck led us to deal with Francois one of the sales reps, we were negotiating with him about the rates but his arrogant attitude made us to proceed with cancelation and absorbing the cancelation fee. ABC method in business is to keep your client and to gain more clients, I find that Francois is missing that sincere method. We've been a loyal clients for the last 8 years with clean history of payments , the funny thing is when we called him after canceling the policy to know about the date he told us that it was canceled and hung up the line pretending that he had another call. For the records we dealt with Joseph before who was very friendly and professional. Good luck to you LBMF.

I've been with them for multiple years, and guess what? I've been over paying all along! Since yesterday, I needed to get a new policy urgently for my 2 cars. After over 2 hours of wait time, I get a quote for over 4500$ from them with Intact. Right after I call a different brokerage (Assurance KBD) and they give me 2500$ with INTACT!! Even cheaper than what I was paying with LMBF this whole time! You live and you learn...
