Helpful but slow
The broker at Lloyd & Ward Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Lost my documents
Lloyd & Ward Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Good overall experience
