Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Lloyd Insurance Ltd.. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Renewal was painless
Just went through my annual renewal with Lloyd Insurance Ltd.. They proactively reviewed my home insurance and found me a better rate without me even asking.

Slow and unresponsive
Lloyd Insurance Ltd. was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
