Solid broker
Lloyd & Gagnon Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Amazing customer service

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Lloyd & Gagnon Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
