Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Lloyd & Black Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Lloyd & Black Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Lloyd & Black Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
