Good value
I appreciate that Lloyd & Bennett Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Lloyd & Bennett Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Lloyd & Bennett Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Lloyd & Bennett Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Lloyd & Bennett Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Lloyd & Bennett Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
