Okay but not great
Used Lloyd & Associates Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Slow and unresponsive
Lloyd & Associates Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Smooth transition

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Lloyd & Associates Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Lloyd & Associates Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
