We had the pleasure (or lackthereof) of dealing with Leanne. Terrible customer service, she was incredibly rude to my elderly grandparents and myself. We had some simple requests, and for some reason she felt it necessary to make them very difficult to accomplish. A simple transfer of ownership and new set of plates for a vehicle took almost an hour and a half to accomplish, mainly due to the fact that she had to argue with us over the sale price of the vehicle(which I am not sure why she thought this was any of her business in the first place) If they wouldn't have been the only place open at the time(I had to leave early the next day so didn't have time to wait until the morning to go to another place), I would have walked out and gone elsewhere to hopefully be treated better. Sadly, we not have that option at the time.

My family has been coming here for years and my recent experience was so terrible that we will no longer be using or recommending their services. From the moment I asked Curtis to renew my insurance he came across as compliant but disinterested. Do you know your drivers license number? Date of birth? He asked in a monotone voice without looking up from his monitor. No smile, barely an acknowledgement that I was there. I guess names don’t matter anymore. I wanted to pay with a credit card that had been issued a new PIN which I had forgotten. I asked to use the phone and was told “no” I could not use the phone. The company phone that is. Don’t you have a phone? He asked. You can use your own phone. I could not believe it. You seriously won’t let me use your phone? No! Zero customer service skills, zero engagement with the customer. No interest in taking payment. No interest in customer satisfaction or retention. I told him I would no longer be using this business. He passed me my insurance papers and I asked for a sleeve to put them in. I thought you weren’t coming back here anymore? He paused and passed me a sleeve. Unbelievable!!

I had been dealing with Mountainview Insurance Services for many years. I had damage done to my home and was advised by Trenton Poy to file a claim. I did so as I was advised to do so by Trenton Poy. The claim was subsequently denied and my insurance was canceled without my knowledge. If I had not inquired where the invoice was for the upcoming year. I would not have even known my insurance was cancelled and that my home was without any insurance coverage at all. After paying house insurance on the same property for 34 years with no issues nor claims. I can now no longer get house insurance due to the fact that the insurance was cancelled and not renewed. Trenton stated he would look into the specialty insurance market. I never heard back from him despite leaving numerous messages. As far as Trenton " loves to handle the more complicated "problem" issues for his clients." My experience with Trenton certainly does not in any way show any kind of professionalism or care for clients. That had patronized his business for as many years as I did. Problem solving and advising is not his forte in my opinion and by my own personal past experience.

I have been dealing with Mountain view insurance for over a decade, and I am quite happy with the service that I receive there. It's a convenient, clean location, and they have great hours. Denice, the employee that I deal with, is quite pleasant and welcoming and has been extremely knowledgeable about all the types of insurance I have needed. She knows what to recommend and what someone may be needlessly paying for. I have and will continue to recommend Mountain view to all my friends and family.

We have been using Trenton and his company for probably over 20 years personally and professionally. Curtis is who we deal with primarily, and he goes above and beyond every time. His responses are within reasonable time; he accommodates us and our schedules no problems without question, he is professional and always speaks up when we have better options, or if he can make things more affordable, he does. I would recommend Mountainview Insurance to all. They are some of the bests in the business!
