Room for improvement
Lighthouse Brokerage handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Happy with the savings

Smooth transition

Okay but not great
Used Lighthouse Brokerage for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
