Family business feel
Liberty Risk Solutions has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Liberty Risk Solutions. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Liberty Risk Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
