Okay but not great
Used Li & Wright Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Li & Wright Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Li & Wright Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
