Poor communication
My biggest issue with Li Insurance Ltd. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Smooth transition

Room for improvement
Li Insurance Ltd. handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
