Pretty good

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Li Insurance Ltd.. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Does the job
Li Insurance Ltd. helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Sept-Iles. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Five stars all around
Switched to Li Insurance Ltd. on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Li Insurance Ltd.. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
