Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Li & Ford Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Lost my documents
Li & Ford Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Okay but not great
Used Li & Ford Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Solid broker
Li & Ford Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Li & Ford Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
