Lost my documents
Li & Co. Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Five stars all around

Smooth transition

Room for improvement
Li & Co. Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Li & Co. Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
