Poor communication
My biggest issue with Lewis & McLeod Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Okay but not great
Used Lewis & McLeod Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Does the job
