The agent was attentive to all of my needs and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I perceived them as highly competent in their field and there were no pressure tactics leaving the consumer feeling obligated to adhere to a policy. We scheduled a call-back the following day at 18h and they were punctual. Because I'm not too well versed with insurance, the agent was able to clearly explain everything and was more than patient with me. I'll keep the name of the agent out of this review, but should Lemay Insurance request it, I will happily disclose the name of their awesome employee. Highly recommend.

10/10 amazing insurance brokers! I was quoted a great savings of $600 difference savings with using their services to find me the perfect match for my driving needs. It takes a long time to get a call back or to connect to someone over the phone everytime I call for customer service. Easily an hour. Not the easiest insurance broker to reach. However they are courteous and they usually eventually call you back although the long wait. Oct 20, 2:03pm: my first call, I waited 20 mins and their phone system disconnected on me Oct 20, 2:24pm: I talked to billing department and the lady could not resolve my issue and offered to transfer me, I am on hold until 2:44pm and then I am disconnected. I have to call back now for the third time for the same issue
