Lost my documents
Legault Services d'Assurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Room for improvement

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Legault Services d'Assurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
