Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Lefebvre Groupe d'Assurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Room for improvement
Lefebvre Groupe d'Assurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Excellent service

Helpful but slow
The broker at Lefebvre Groupe d'Assurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Could be better
The rates Lefebvre Groupe d'Assurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Does the job
Lefebvre Groupe d'Assurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Shawinigan. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
