Poor communication
My biggest issue with Leclerc Conseil en Assurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Lost my documents
Leclerc Conseil en Assurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
