Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Lavoie Groupe d'Assurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Lavoie Groupe d'Assurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Good value
I appreciate that Lavoie Groupe d'Assurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Reliable broker
