Responsive and caring

Helpful but slow
The broker at Laurel Insurance Brokers was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Five stars all around
Switched to Laurel Insurance Brokers on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Laurel Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Laurel Insurance Brokers. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
