Helpful but slow
The broker at Laurel Financial & Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Smooth transition

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Laurel Financial & Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Room for improvement
Laurel Financial & Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
