Okay but not great
Used Lapointe Groupe d'Assurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Slow and unresponsive
Lapointe Groupe d'Assurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Great for home insurance

Mixed feelings
