Helpful but slow
The broker at Lane & Ryan Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Lane & Ryan Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Lane & Ryan Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
