Highly recommend

Five stars all around

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Lane & Kelly Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Helpful staff
The staff at Lane & Kelly Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Lane & Kelly Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Lane & Kelly Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
