Great for bundling
Lane & Hill Insurance bundled our home, auto, and umbrella policies together and saved us a ton. One broker handling everything makes life so much easier.

Slow and unresponsive
Lane & Hill Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Lane & Hill Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
