Helpful but slow
The broker at Lane & Associates Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Could be better
The rates Lane & Associates Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Lane & Associates Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Lane & Associates Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
