Insurance made simple
As a newcomer to Alma, Lambert & Fraser Insurance made getting auto and tenant insurance incredibly simple. They explained the requirements in Quebec clearly.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Lambert & Fraser Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Slow and unresponsive
Lambert & Fraser Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Decent service

Great for bundling

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Lambert & Fraser Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
