Family business feel

Slow and unresponsive
Lake Insurance Services was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Solid broker
Lake Insurance Services is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Lake Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
