Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Knight Risk Management. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Insurance made simple

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Knight Risk Management was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Exceptional claims handling
