Wonderful experience

Helpful but slow
The broker at Knight & Reynolds Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Knight & Reynolds Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Mixed feelings

Slow and unresponsive
Knight & Reynolds Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
