Helpful staff
The staff at Knight & Gray Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Slow and unresponsive
Knight & Gray Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Knight & Gray Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Solid broker
Knight & Gray Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
