Average experience
My experience with Knight & Co. Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Knight & Co. Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Knight & Co. Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Could be better
The rates Knight & Co. Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
