Slow and unresponsive
Kingsway Insurance Brokers was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Kingsway Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
