Helpful staff
The staff at King Insurance Brokers were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about King Insurance Brokers. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Okay but not great
Used King Insurance Brokers for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with King Insurance Brokers. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with King Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
