Room for improvement
King Insurance Agency handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Slow and unresponsive
King Insurance Agency was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Helpful but slow
The broker at King Insurance Agency was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
