Good value
I appreciate that King & Ford Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Solid broker
King & Ford Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Okay but not great
