Good broker
King & Chen Insurance took the time to review our existing policies and found gaps in our coverage. They fixed everything and the price was reasonable.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from King & Chen Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Okay but not great
Used King & Chen Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with King & Chen Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
