Lost my documents
Kim & Partners Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Okay but not great
Used Kim & Partners Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

The rates Kim & Partners Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
