Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Kim Insurance Agency. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Okay but not great
Used Kim Insurance Agency for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
