Lost my documents
Kim & Hawkins Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Kim & Hawkins Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Okay but not great
Used Kim & Hawkins Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Kim & Hawkins Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Kim & Hawkins Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
