Great experience!
I had an excellent experience with Kim & Gagnon Insurance. They found me the best auto insurance rate in Sault Ste. Marie and the whole process was seamless.

Room for improvement
Kim & Gagnon Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Kim & Gagnon Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Insurance made simple

Slow and unresponsive
Kim & Gagnon Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
