Reliable broker
Been with Keystone Risk Solutions for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Keystone Risk Solutions. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Keystone Risk Solutions was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
