Great for bundling
Kerr & West Insurance bundled our home, auto, and umbrella policies together and saved us a ton. One broker handling everything makes life so much easier.

Room for improvement
Kerr & West Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Kerr & West Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
