Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Kent & Morris Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Okay but not great
Used Kent & Morris Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Kent & Morris Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Room for improvement
